Your way to LNConsult - get to know us, arrive & get started

We want you to feel comfortable with us during the application process! That's why we've put together some tips and an overview of the steps so that you know exactly what to expect. We look forward to getting to know you!

1. Apply online

  • Take a look at the jobs advertised on our careers page and select the job you would like to apply for.
  • Send us your application quickly and easily via our online portal.
  • You will get confirmation from us that we have received your documents.

Our tips:

  • Online application tool - If you would like to apply, please use our online application tool only.
  • CV - A clear, concise CV is the centerpiece of your application. Make sure that your contact details are up to date and describe what tasks you have had in your previous jobs and what your specific activities were.
  • Letter of motivation - Our application tool requires an upload of your CV only. It is up to you whether you would also like to send us a letter of motivation, but we would be happy to receive further insights.
  • Unsolicited application - If you cannot find a suitable jop opening for you, please send us an unsolicited application. It is particularly important that you state the area you are interested in so that we can assign your application correctly. We will then contact you to see if we can offer you a suitable postition.

 

2. Review of the documents 

  • Our specialist- and HR department will carefully review your application.
  • We will make a pre-selection and you will receive information on the next steps as soon as possible.

 

3. Invitation to an initial interview

  • If we are impressed by your application documents, we will invite you to an initial interview. At a face-to-face or virtual meeting, we want to get a first impression of you and, of course, give you the chance to get to know us better.
  • We look forward to clarifying with you whether we are a good fit.

Our tips:

  • Be curious - think about what you would like to know from us in advance. We'll be happy to answer all your questions.
  • Stay authentic - Above all, we want you to be authentic and yourself. We look forward to seeing you and are excited to hear your story.

 

4. Second personal interview 

  • If you have convinced us, we will invite you to a second personal interview.
  • The second interview often includes tasks or scenarios that are individually tailored to the position. Our aim is to get to know you and your way of working even better and we want to gain a deeper insight into your professional skills.
  • Depending on the vacant position, the second round may be structured differently.

Our tips:

  • Reflection - Review our first interview and think about what questions you still have for us.

 

5. Welcome to our team!

  • If we are a good fit, we will make you an offer, which we will be pleades to discuss with you.
  • Are you happy with the offer and are we happy too? Welcome to our team!

We want to make your start as pleasant as possible and plan your first few weeks together with you.

During the induction period, you will get to know the company, your team and your most relevant contact persons.

An important part of your onboarding process is an introduction to our entire LNConsult company portfolio. Experienced colleagues will give you insights into best-practice examples to give you a practical overview.

You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with your new tasks, projects and processes at your leisure. Our entire team and your manager will be there for your support so you can quickly become part of our team and, above all, feel at home.
